  Verification through IDNow is only available to customers using the app or a mobile browser on their smartphone, as IDNow does not support webcams. Within IDNow, you will have the option of verifiying via VideoIdent (a video call with an IDNow employee) or "AutoIdent" (automated verification process by uploading documents).
