Diego Ventura Crowned Caribbean Poker Party Champion!

Congratulations to the winner of the Caribbean Poker Party 2020 Main Event, Diego Ventura, who takes home an incredible $879,894 for first place!

This was the first time the CPP has been held online and that clearly suited Ventura, whose dominant performance saw him maintain his chip lead at the end of each of the four days.

The Peruvian battled his way through a tough field including Team partypoker Ambassador Isaac Haxton, who finished fifth for just over $200,000.

This tournament wasn’t only about those who made it to the final table, though. There was also a fairy-tale ending for online qualifier Yevhenii Dushko, who walked away with $19,184 after winning his seat for just $0.01!

The inspired Ukrainian qualified via a centroll satellite and never looked back, making it all the way to 55^th to secure a massive cash prize which he claimed, ‘will help [his] life for sure’.
